Tao Te Ching 57 (First Paragraph)
If you want to be a great leader,
you must learn to follow the Tao.
Stop trying to control.
Let go of fixed plans and
concepts,
and the world will govern itself.
Today I will
interpret the Tao Te Ching 57 (First Paragraph). If you want to be a great leader,
you must learn to follow the Tao. It is true that it is when you follow the Tao
that you will be a great leader, because following the Tao means following what
is natural and not doing things too much because doing things too much will
actually fail you. Stop trying to control. It is when you control, that things
tend to fail. Let go of fixed plans and concepts, and the world will govern
itself. It is when you let go of plans and concept, that makes the world govern
itself and things will be according to what is natural and it is when the
things are on its natural order that makes things proper or correct.
